Join Helen for A vision board workshop to get clear on your goals and intentions for the year ahead!
Helen will lead a short guided visualisation and offer creative prompts to spark inspiration for all areas of your life.
In this 2 hour Workshop you’ll create an A3 vision board that will serve as a visual reminder of what you want to attract and achieve in 2025.
All materials, including an A3 board and magazines, will be provided.
You’re welcome to bring along personal images, photos, drawings or words to add personal touches to your board.
No experience required — just bring yourself and an open heart and mind!
