This dreamy skirt is made for swooshing! Made from organza the outer layer is a printed fabric and the underskirt is plain. The flattering yoke has gathers which create fullness in the skirt and the undulating cut of the lower tier creates further fullness. The skirt fastens to the side with a hook & eye and clear snaps.
