Spring Candle Making Workshop with Foras
Join us for a unique candle making workshop with the team from Foras to create your very own sensory snapshot.
The class will run in two parts, to start with there will be a time for discovery and 'free play' to learn about the combining and blending of oils to create your perfect formulation. We'll have a range of oils available in a mixture of different scent profiles so there'll be something for every taste. Our expert candle maker Michal will give tips and tricks for making your blend and what works and doesn't work in a candle.
In the second part of of the class each guest will blend their oil formula with our natural rapeseed/coconut wax blend before pouring their candle in a choice of vintage terracotta pots that can be reused after use as plant pots!
A scent can transform your day, bring back an old memory or cement a brand new cherished moment. There is something magical and ritualistic about lighting a candle, signifying a moment to pause, be still, to reflect. Over a meal with friends and loved ones, or a peaceful moment to yourself as you soak and cleanse your skin.
